Two weeks away, boat unattended
Given a normal trip — work travel or holidays, when the boat sits unattended at the berth for two weeks, then it’s still exactly as I left it: dry, charged, moored and uninvaded.
To answer
- Bilge, batteries, lines: what monitors itself, what needs a human? (ESP32 remote telemetry is the obvious answer — build it.)
- Who’s the local keyholder — the marina? a neighbour? paid service?
- Security: theft/boarding risk per marina, alarms, cameras.
- Marley logistics: kennel/sitter that works from a marina address.
- Insurance conditions for unattended periods.
