Scenarios — the unit-test suite
Every dimension of life on land must be covered by at least one scenario of life afloat. Each scenario is written Given/When/Then and ends in one of three states: pass (life aboard handles it), fail (the current configuration breaks — which generates requirements or a decision), or open (not yet tested against reality). A failing test is a success of the method: it's €400 in January instead of €140k in June.

Coverage rule
Before any purchase decision (Gate G2 on the roadmap), no scenario may remain open in a dimension marked Must in the requirements matrix. Spot a dimension of life with no scenario? That's a coverage gap — add one.
