The decisive detail
The Marinheiro 12 m limit sits exactly on the Apartboat XL (12.00 m) — zero margin, and the XXL is out. The Overblue 44 (13.5 m) is over the limit entirely. So DEC-004’s option A (CE-B/C platform) requires Patrão Local anyway, and option B sits on the boundary. Night navigation also erases the daytime-return constraint that SCN-001 flagged.
Working recommendation: skip Marinheiro, go straight to Patrão Local. ~€130 more than a full-price Marinheiro course, and it future-proofs both DEC-004 branches.
